1 1/2 tbsp Ghee/Clarified butter
2 cups Rice Flour
1 cup Maida
1 cup Gram flour
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste

In a vessel, heat ghee on low flame.
In a bowl add rice flour, maida, gram flour, carom seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Pour the clarified butter into the flour mixture, mix well and see that there are no lumps formed.
Add water as required and start kneading it into a dough.
Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a vessel on low flame.
Fill the dough inside the chakli mold.
Start making the chakli on a tissue paper and then fry them in hot oil.
See to it that you don’t crowd the vessel.
Take the fried chakli’s out on a plate.
