——Ingredients for the Tomato Sauce——-

Note: Use only 2 and quarter UK size Cups of this Sauce in the pasta. 430 Grams
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Shallots
1 Large Garlic Clove
1 Red Chilli
1 Roasted Red Pepper
750 Grams Passata
2.5 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Half a Cup of Water
Pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley

——Ingredients for the Cheddar Cheese Sauce ——-

Note: Use only 1 UK size Cup of this Sauce (225 grams)
4 TBSP Butter,
2 and Half TBSP All Purpose Flour,
3 Cups of Milk,
250 Grams of Grated Cheddar Cheese,
2 Teaspoons of Black-Pepper and Pinch of Salt.


Pasta Type: 380 Grams of Italian Large Penne Rigate
100 Grams of Cheese Mix (Mozzarella, Edam and colored Cheddar)
Baking Tray
Serve with Garlic Bread, Garlic Fries
