2-Michelin star chef Anthony Genovese from Il Paglicaccio Restaurant in Rome, talks about his food style and creates two typical dishes from the restaurant. The first is two types of fettuccine served with mushrooms and the second is scallops with salsify and hazelnuts, both feature on the current menu.
