Time for some quick healthy anytime starter.. Watermelon Bites .. just 2 minutes of quick preparation, no cooking and have it all day, I won’t be stopping you. ??? Love M

Ingredients:
Watermelon cubes
Cream cheese OR Hung Curd
Onion greens
Roasted cumin seeds powder (Bhuna Jeers Powder)
Salt
Pepper
Olives chopped (in ring shape)

Method:
Take couple of watermelon cubes
Make a cavity on top with a watermelon scooper or spoon.
In a separate bowl, take cream cheese (or Hung curd)
Mix salt, pepper & roasted cumin seeds powder
Mix it well.
Use a piping bag and fill the watermelon top
Topple with the olives and onion greens
Watermelon Bites are ready to be served
