Delicious potatoes cooked with garlic and lemon. A healthy recipe for all times with a light smoky flavour.

Oil – 1tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Potato wedges – 3-4 no.
Garlic Cloves – 8-10 no.
Garlic (chopped) – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 no.
Coriander – 2 tbsp

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add butter to it. Cook till brown in colour.
2. Add garlic chopped, garlic cloves and potato wedges. Cook well.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, turmeric powder, amchoor, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
4. Mix well.
5. Serve hot.
