2-Michelin star pastry chef Benoit Blin creates citrus, blood orange carpaccio and Millionaires’ shortbread dishes. Each dish created by Benoit, pastry chef at the 2-Michelin star Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, uses the Carpigiani machine in each of the recipes.
