Bacalao Guisado Dominicano is super easy to make and I personally like to Bacalao con Papas especially during Lent with Easter right around the corner. It’s a delicious dish that goes great with Tostones and White Rice. Bacalao Dominicano is a must have whenever you’re skipping out meat. Give this recipe a try and don’t forget to share with family & friends!

1 lbs Bacalao
1 Small Onion
¼ Red Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
¼ Green Pepper
½ tbs Sazón
1 tsp DR Orégano
Black Pepper to Taste
2 tbs Tomato Paste
1 cup of Water
2 Potatoes Boiled
2 tbs Cilantro
½ tsp Sopita or Adobo if needed
