1 cup bajra
1/2 cup rice, I used single polished white rice
1/2 cup black urad dal (can use white urad dal)
2 tbsp channa dal
1/2 tbsp methi seeds
1/2 tsp salt or as needed
1 tbsp cooked rice or poha
water as needed to grind the batter
Note: Those with thyroid should limit consumption of millets, pls check with your doctor before changing your diet.
