Beautiful Gold Fish/Japanese carp fish Curry Cooking!!!

Koi or more specifically nishikigoi is one type of Japanese carp fish which have beautiful colored skin and are very much beautiful to look at. We, village people calls this fish as Japani rui or gold fish.

Today our vabi and grandma have cooked a beautiful goldfish do pyaza/jhol curry recipe, brinjal/Aubergines/Eggplant chop fry and rice for village kids.

My vabi clean and cut the fish a speial way. She cut the fish into pieces by village equipment called ‘Boti’.
