Bruce Bogtrotter’s Cake (adapted fr. Roald Dahl’s Revolting Recipes)
Bake at 350˚ for 40-45 minutes or until the center of the cake is set.

8 1/2″ cake pan
parchment paper

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 sticks (12 T.) butter, I like salted
1 C. + 2 T. sugar
1/4 C. flour
6 eggs, separated

ICING
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
8 oz. heavy cream
