Chicharron de Pollo is a type of Dominican Fried Chicken that is delicious, easy to make, and unforgettable. In this video, I”m making Dominican Boneless Fried Chicken and I use authentic Dominican spices to create a classic Dominican dish popular on the island and here in New York! Ingredients Brine
¼ cup White Vinegar
1 tbs Salt
¼ cup Cold water

Ingredients: Chicken
1 head of garlic mashed
2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs or Breasts
2 -3 Limes
1 ½ tsp Dominican Orégano
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
½ – 1 tbs Adobo *to taste
½ tbs Sazón con Achiote
⅛ tsp Cumin *optional
Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil

Ingredients: Breading
1 ½ cup All Purpose Flour
1 tbs Garlic Powder
1 tbs Onion Powder
½ tbsp Adobo *optional
