Chicken Lollipop

10-12 Chicken wings
For stuffing
¾ cup Bread crumb
1 tbsp Red chilli paste
¾ cup Processed cheese

To marinate the chicken
1 Egg
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn starch
3-4 tbsp Refine flour/Maida
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Seasoning flour
1/2 cup Refine flour /Maida
1 tsp White pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn starch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

●Firstly take 10-12 chicken wings and trim the bones and pull the meat towards down so
that’s you get a pocket.
● In a mixing bowl add Bread crumbs, Red chilli paste, Processed cheese and mix well.
● Fill the chicken wings pocket with the stuffing in it.
● In a mixing bowl add Egg, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and mix it well and
marinate the stuffed chicken and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
● To the same marinate mixture add corn starch, refine flour, red chilli powder, Garam masala,
salt to taste and oil mix it well and make a batter out of it.
● To prepare a seasoning flour. In a mixing bowl add Refine flour, white pepper, corn starch
and salt to taste and mix well.
● At this stage season the stuffed chicken in the season flour first and then into the batter.
● Take a deep kadai for frying. Once the oil is heated on medium flame, fry the chicken till it
gets golden brown in colour.
● Serve hot with chilli sauce.
