Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped & Fried)
Coconut Powder 1 tsp
Peanut Powder 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1/2 tsp and Mace Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1+1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
Green Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
Bread Slice 1
Green Chilli 4 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)

Direction:

Step 1: Take a blender jar and add all ingredients: Beef Mince, Fried Onion, Coconut Powder, Peanut Powder, Poppy Seeds Powder, Ginger Garlic Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Green Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Button Red Chilli, Fresh Cream, Green Papaya Paste, Bread Slice, Green Chilli, Green Coriander and blend it well.

Step 2: Now spread some oil on the hands and make a ball and insert it into a stick and make gola shape kabab. Apply this for all kababs. After that take a pan and add 1/2 Cup oil or depend on your pan size and preheat it and shallow fry this from both sides and dish out it. Your Gola Kabab is Ready.
