Roll Cut Kulfi

Swtich on the Flame and Take a Kadhai n add
1 lit – Full Fat Milk ( Remove 1/2 Cup )
Boil Properly

Take a Small Bowl n add
Removed 1/2 Cup Milk add
3 tbsp – Corn Flour
Whisk Properly

Take a Pan ,Switch on the flame n add
3/4 Cup – Sugar
Let Heat and Melt Properly in Slow Flame ,this Mixture add into Milk ,Mix Properly ,Let little bit thick and then add above Cornflour Mixture and Whisk Properly ,Let thick Properly , Continuously Stir ,it should coat the Spoon ,Switch off the Flame and Let Cool Little

Take a Bowl add
1 Cup – Milk Powder
1/2 Cup – Milk
Whisk Properly
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp – Ghee
add above Mixture and let thickens Properly
add into above thicken Milk and Mix Properly
Blend with Blender and Pour into mould or Glass Jar
keep in Freezer for 8-9 hours and Remove Cut and Serve
