Indo Chinese recipes now in a vegan version which is very quick to prepare and healthy to eat. An extremely delicious vegan version which is a must try.

Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Green Chilli (Slit) 4-5 nos
Onion (cubes) 1 no.
Capsicum (cubes) 1 no.
Tofu 1 cup
Salt to taste
Green Chilli Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Aromat Powder 1 tsp
Spring Onions (chopped) ¼ cup
1. Heat oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic, slit green chillies, onion cubes, capsicum cubes and sauté well.
2. Add tofu cubes, salt to taste, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, aromat powder (optional) for seasoning and sauté well.
3. Add spring onions to the tofu chilli and mix well.
4. Garnish it with the spring onions and serve hot.
