Ice Candy | How to make Ice Candy (Summer Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 cups cornstarch
820ml evaporated milk
390g condensed milk
3 cups sugar
75g mango powdered juice
3Liters water
50g gulaman (unflavored and yellow)
8 cups water(for Gulaman)
100 pcs. ice candy water (size: 1 1/2)

we need:
1/3 cup
big funnel

Ice Candy Procedure:

1) Combine water, sugar and cornstarch
2) Mix until cornstarch dissolves
3) Turn the heat on
4) Continue stirring until thickened
5) Turn the heat off
6) Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and powdered juice. Mix well
7) Add the shredded gulaman
8) Fill ice candy wrappers with the cornstarch mixture

Gulaman Procedure:

1) Combine water and powdered gulaman
2) Stir until it dissolves
3) Turn the heat on
4) Continue stirring until it boils
5) Turn the heat off
6) Slowly pour mixture into the mold. let it set
7) Cut into cubes or shred the gulaman. Set aside
