1) Spinach – 100g
2) Almond flour – 1/2 cup
3) Coconut flour – 1/2 cup
4) Greek Yogurt – 2 tbsp.
5) Olive oil for frying
6) Psyllium husk – 2 tbsp
7) Salt as per taste
8) Red chili pwd – 1/2 tsp
9) Coriander powder – 1 tsp


1) Okra – 300g
2) Onion – 30g
3) Green chili – 2 small
4) Turmeric pwd. – 1/2 tsp
5) Coriander pwd. – 1 tsp
6) Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
7) Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
8) Asafoetida – pinch
9) Salt as per taste



1) Spinach blanching
a) Remove spinach stems and wash to remove dirt.
b) Take a boiling pot and bring water to boil. Submerge spinach and let it boil for a minute.
c) Turn off the heat and submerge spinach in the bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process and retain its nutrients.

2) Dough making and Frying Puri
a) Take a mixing bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, greek yogurt, red chili pwd, coriander pwd, salt, olive oil, Psyllium husk, and blanched spinach.
b) Mix well and cover it with the kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
c) Make small balls from the dough and place parchment paper on a flat surface.
d) Take one dough ball and flatten it over the parchment paper by gently pressing it with your hands.
e) Then place one more Parchment on top and roll with a roller. Make a circular shape with the help of lid (as shown in the video)
f) Heat oil in a pan and check oil temp. by adding a tiny piece of dough in it. Oil is ready when it starts floating on top.
g) Add one puri and fry it from both the sides until it gets golden brown in color(as shown in the video)
h) Remove puri and place it on a kitchen paper towel

3) Making Keto Okra Masala
a) Rinse and dry Okra. Remove both the ends and chop into small pieces.
b) Heat up the olive oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chili, and onion. Fry it for a minute.
c) Add turmeric pwd, coriander pwd, salt, and okra. Mix well.
d) Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
e) Stir and let it cook for couple of more minutes.

4) Serving
Serve KETO SPINACH PURI(DEEP FRIED BREAD) WITH OKRA and salad(radish & Cucumber slices)
