Masitas de Puerco are gently fried pork chunks and one of my favorite authentic Cuban recipes. You can make this dish using pernil, pork loins, or even country style ribs. Regardless of what you use, this easy pork recipe is to die for! Don’t confuse these with chicharrones which are also just as tasty!
