Multi-Michelin star chef Nathan Outlaw describes his cooking style and how his food is based around the very best produce. His 2-Michelin star Port Isaac restaurant, serves fish and seafood only. Nathan takes us through two dishes from his restaurant tasting menu, the first is Crab, kohlrabi, seaweed, and crab dressing , this is followed by Turbot, bacon, asparagus and smoked mushrooms.
