Spicy Lentil Rolls
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kari pata (Curry leaves) 7-8
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2-3
-Sabut moong daal (Whole green lentil) boiled 1 & ½ Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
-Samosa sheets 17-18
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chilies and mix.
-Add whole green lentil and mix well.
-Add salt,coriander powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,garlic paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add lemon juice and mix well.
-Add onion,cabbage,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Let it cool down.
-In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
-Take samosa sheet,add prepared filling,fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour paste.
-Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 17-18).
-Can be kept in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.

Ajza:

-Karhai mein cooking oil,zeera,curry pata aur hari mirch dal ker mix ker lein.
-Sabut moong daal shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,haldee powder aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz,bund gobhi aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Maida mein pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka smooth paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Samosa sheet/manda patti lein aur tayyar filling dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein aur maida ka paste laga lein.
-Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 17-18).
-2 weeks tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
